CANCELLATION POLICY

Direct Booking: Please provide at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Once your request is received, I will personally review it and contact you to confirm availability. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm your appointment.
First-time clients will be asked to complete a brief phone call before their appointment finalized.
Online booking is available for clients who prefer to request their appointment in advance. Simply complete the booking request form with your preferred date, time, session length and any details you would like me to know.
Please submit your request a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This allows me time to thoughtfully prepare for our time together and ensure your experience feels relaxed, personal, and unrushed.

PRIVACY & REFUND POLICY
1. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
I value your absolute privacy. I do not track visitors, I do not share cookies, and no session data is retained online. Any basic details you actively provide while making a booking are strictly used to manage your reservation. Your information is kept safe through my secure platform, Is wiped following your session, and is never sold, shared or monitored.
2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our time together is reserved exclusively for you. Because I hold your slot and prepare for your specific session, I enforce the following scheduling policy:
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, you must call or text and make prior arrangements at least 4 hours before your scheduled start time.
Session Credits: Secure online payment refund will not be issued. However, if you provide the required 4- hour notice, your payment will be securely rolled over and used entirely toward your next session.
•Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to call or text or provide at least 4 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your payment for your booked appointment.
